Get help: You need to talk to an eating disorder specialist soon. You would also benefit from getting some lab work from a primary care provider or psychiatrist to rule out a life threatening electrolyte disturbance. You can get evaluated in an emergency department or urgent care clinic if you do not have an outpatient doctor who can see you promptly. I think cancer is a low probability diagnosis.
