Surgery if desired: Plastic surgery is probably the only true way of correcting inverted nipples. Some advocate regularly stretching (hoffman technique)/stimulating the nipples to loosen tissue. Some have used suction from a 10 cc syringe. During nursing of a baby-some will use nipple shields. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has expertise if you truly are not happy with your nipples.
