See Dr. because ...: There are many causes for inverted nipple; most causes are normal or benign: Normal Nipple Variation from Birth, Breastfeeding, Trauma, Breast Sagging, Major Weight Loss. Some causes are more serious: Breast Cancer, infection/abscess, or inflammation. Therefore, unless you have one of the first 5 causes, you should see your physician who may want to do some additional studies.
