Consultation needed: It appears that you have a blockage on one side of the nose compared to the other. This can be caused by a deviated septum, nasal polyp, nasal mass or a large turbinate on the one side. You need to be seen by a nose/sinus specialist to make sure you get scoped to determine the cause of your unilateral nasal obstruction.
