See allergist: If you are using OTC nasal decongestant sprays regularly you may be having a rebound nasal congestion. You need to consult an allergist who may order a CT sinus scan on you to confirm whether sinusitis is present. Even more importantly, your allergist can help you wean off of your OTC nasal spray.
