Am not sick, do not have pinguecula or jaundice, liver & blood tests all normal. my eyes look yellowish. why!? under severe stress and fatigue, that why?

Could be dry eye: If you are sure your liver and all blood work is normal (no hiv, etc) and you do not have any atypical cells growing on the conjunctiva, a slight yellow tinge could be due to dry eyes. Have your eyemd check your meibomian glands and do a tear osmolarity test to check. Artificial tears will help restore a natural glow which is lost in severe dry eyes.
