Creams are weak.: Acne scars are hard to fix with a cream because the scarring is so deep. You can use some retin a (tretinoin) or glycolic based product that might give some improvement but you will probably need to do some deeper skin resurfacing like a chemical peel or laser peel. Another option is needling techniques.
