delivery: Eclampsia is life threatening and usually requires immediate delivery by c-section in addition to aggressive treatment of the mother's hypertension and seizures.

Magnesium!: Eclampsia is characterized by the onset of seizures with a diagnosis of pre-eclampsia (hypertension, proteinuria). If you already have eclampsia, you should be in medical care and there should be a discussion at the least of giving you high dose magnesium to decrease your risk of recurrent seizures until and after you deliver your baby.
