I have been diagnosed with hypertension 4 years ago and have been using medication since then. i am now 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my blood pressure dropped between 110/60 to 120/80. i am on meds for pre-eclampsia. should i worry?

No worries: As is said in Australia, "no worries", as the lower the blood pressure the better for your pre-eclampsia and pregnancy outcome. Although there is still as risk for complications including seizures, I am sure your OB MD is contemplating an early delivery for this pregnancy.
