??? not enough info: If u have not had a csection then u would need a csection if the placenta is over the opening or within 2 cms of it, if u have had a previous csection then if the placenta stays there u may need a csection hysterectomy if u have what is called a placenta acrreta please discuss with your OB sometimes other procedures can be done to avoid the hysterectomy, like uterine artery embolization.
