Does it sound like gall bladder, if spaghetti and meatballs makes you full for hours?

Maybe....: ...Or you may just have eaten too much. Gallbladder attacks may cause a bloating sensation, however the pain from an attack (noncramping, nonburning pressure like pain localized to the right upper abdomen or upper midline) is far more characteristic of gallbladder disease.
