The Medtronic: Device you are referring to is not an artificial pancreas, but an Insulin pump with continuous glucose monitoring capabilities. It is unlikely to be helpful for you given the information you provided, but you can check w/your doctor. Eat less, exercise more, lose weight and continue to keep your glucose controlled.
