Dx w/ NA fatty liver in 2014. In last 3 years my ALT has gone from 59 to 18 and AST went from 23 to 19 still within normal limits but ratio is now greater than 1. Recent US showed "echogenic liver". Do I need to worry about fibrosis/cirrhosis?
My ultrasound showed " mildly echogenic liver throughout, consistent with diffuse fatty changes. No focal lesions noted." Is my liver enlarged?
