see a dermatologist: Not that i'm aware of, but i'm not a specialist. You would need to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon, particularly if the scars are very noticeable or severe. There is nothing you can buy with or without a prescription that will do this. So if someone is trying to sell you something, ignore it. It won't work.
