I keep getting reocurrent mild pityriasis rosea spots. i wonder if its related by not being vaccinated for varicella as a kid(but never had chickenpox?

No, see below.: Has this been definitively diagnosed by your doctor and/or a dermatologist? If not, you should do that to make sure that is what the rash is. The cause of PR is not known for sure, but it appears to be viral, but not the same virus that causes Varicella, so having the vaccine or actual Varicella would not affect your having PR.
