No, see below.: Has this been definitively diagnosed by your doctor and/or a dermatologist? If not, you should do that to make sure that is what the rash is. The cause of PR is not known for sure, but it appears to be viral, but not the same virus that causes Varicella, so having the vaccine or actual Varicella would not affect your having PR.

Rosea: Pityriasis Rosea and varicella have no relationship to each other so the answer is no. All the best.
