Seems like nothing i do makes anxiety sympt better, just worse. now anxiety attacks come out of nowhere. no insurance, money, can't see dr. advice?

Sliding scale : Many communities have family services clinics, or hospital clinics, or if you are really fortunate, there may be a graduate program in psychology that runs a clinic that charges only what a patient can pay, or based on their income. This is what is meant by a sliding scale. Search the internet or the yellow pages for what is near you.
