Out of meds: See if your md who rxs Gabapentin has samples they are willing to give you to tide you over. The md can request a supply from the drug company that makes neurontin( brand name). There are forms to fill out. If you qualify, they will send the md your supply, usually 3-4 months worth for free. If this isn't an option, go to your county health services for treatment as an medically indigent adult.

Anxiety no money: There are a lot of meds available in generic you can get even without insurance from walmart/kroger please check with your doc to get recommendations.Its unfortunate that still people can not get treatment just because of insurance issues.Also possibilities of patient assistance programs that you can qualify with your doc help.
