Dropped item on foot 4 months ago. initial xray clear. can walk pain-free but still pain with pressure and certain foot positions. any thoughts?

repeat: You should see your doctore again for repeat xrays. A hairline fracture may not be detected on intial xrays, but may be visible on delayed xrays. But the fact that you can walk pain free is very reassuring.
