See below: Where is your pain exactly? Do you wake up with the headaches? There are a lot of unanswered questions here that are relevant. Sinus pressure is generally located in the front above your eyes bilaterally or over your cheeks but other possibilities can occur. If not improved after sinus treatment (which, by the way, is one of the most over diagnosed entities in medicine), get rechecked.
