Is it possible for your skin to have a withdrawal from elidel (pimecrolimus) cream?

No: You do not indicate why it was used. Typical use is for eczema on the face. Elidel (pimecrolimus) can be very effective for this but is not a cure. So when you stop it you realize what is there in absence of therapy.
