My skin is dry and sensitive. tried a dozen of moisturizer and none of them work. not even vaseline. any suggestion? can i use elidel (pimecrolimus) as moisturizer ? for long term?

See doc.: For simple dry skin - make sure skin is moist prior to applying vaseline - use twice a day or alternate with another moisturizer during day such as lachydrin or carmol. This always works. If not, you do not have just dry skin. Elidel (pimecrolimus) is not a moisturizer and should not be used without supervision. See http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0000236.
