Stress, inactivity,,: Stress itself can cause something like this. Many times it can lead to a stiffness or pain in an arm or hand of leg that can be inexplicable otherwise and is referred to as a neurosis. Also being under stress might be associated with or worsened by a lack of exercise. Exercise can help a great deal with stress and health also. A visit to your doctor also helps. Good luck.

Needs to be checked: You have symptoms for 19 months and it is about time you get it checked by your doctor. You need a thorough physical exam and blood tests if your doctor feels it is needed to find the cause of your sumptoms. It could be low level of calcium an magnesium in your blood or some other muscular condition etc.So make an ap[pointment and find out what is going on.
