muscle spasms (severe), twitching, aching esp. in upper body, aching thighs, heavy feet, ringing ears worsened by poor sleep or physical stress. help!

Muscle pain : See your doctor to discuss these issues further . It is possible you may have Fibromyalgia Syndrome , which is a sleep disorder . Your doctor should have an information sheet on this disorder . Read it and highlight the S& S that you have . If you find yourself highlighting most of it , then you have it . It is treatable with exercise and better sleep .
