Lupron (leuprolide)?: I think you're asking about a drug called Lupron (leuprolide) which treats advanced prostate cancer. In women, it is used to reset the pituitary gland which may regulate periods when used properly. This question is better for the doctor suggesting this treatment but it seems reasonable.
