Had appendectomy in may, pain never stopped and is a lot worse now, and gets a lot worse whilst menstruating or if i need to pass gas. help!

See your doctor: What you describe is unlikely related to your surgery performed 5 months ago. Was there appendicitis or a normal appendix? May need gynecology evaluation too, but start with an exam with your primary care physician. May need blood tests, radiology such as pelvic ultrasound, etc.
