I've noticed that since i started taking 500 mg of valacyclovir daily my urine smells different. should i be concerned?

urine odor: It is recommended to take valacyclovir with plenty of fluid to keep kidneys flushed to prevent problems. Odor may result from concentrated urine; however, there was one report of unusual odor when taking this drug, which was not considered a serious side effect. If note blood in urine, see doc right away. Otherwise, lots of fluids.
