painless blood in stool, whitish clumps in urine and pungent urine. (i don't really know how pungent smell is but my urine smells different lately.)?

See a doctor...: Rectal bleeding can be a sign of potentially serious problems. Your urinary symptoms sound like a possible uti. See your doctor about both these asap.
