Would angina usually hurt where the heart muscle is in the chest? my pain is a little higher than the hearts main cetre and doesn't go to the left

Probably no angina : Ischemic heart chest pain usually retrosternal pressure irradiating to the left shoulder or arm worsening with activities and improving with rest. If above test were negative you do not have coronary artery disease. R/o chest wall pain and acid reflux. Follow up with your doctor.

Location: The location of pain is a poor predictor of angina: it can be practically anywhere above the waist in a given individual. Angina is exceptionally rare in a 22 year old.
