Normal skin flora: Coag neg staph is commonly found on human skin. Sometimes if it is found on a urine culture, it is a contaminant from an improperly collected specimen.

The don't: Usually they don't. It's far more likely that the penis wasn't cleaned adequately before urine collection and/or that the urine sample wasn't a midstream sample.

From blood or other: Coagulase negatice staph does not get in the urinary tract like other bacteria, unleass there is other infection in the boddy and commes from the blood. If everything else seems ok , it is likely a contaminant due to improper urine collection.
