I'd really like to know how to get rid of uti with staph aureus?

Urine culture &: Sensitivity test will indicate what antibiotics the staph aureus is sensitive to. Hopefully the bug is sensitive to augmentin, cipro, (ciprofloxacin) Erythromycin or an oral cephalosporin. Otherwise you may need to be treated with IV antibiotics such as vancomycin. Good luck.
