possible: Weight loss is a known side effect of topamax (topiramate). Now the dosage effect is a little less understood and well known. But there is reported weight loss with even 25mg of topamax (topiramate). However, it is usually not used for weight loss as it has other primary effects, and should not be taken unless directed by a treating physician.
