see details: If your lab tests are normal, your thyroid function is normal, period. Find another cause for your symptoms.

What test?: Thyroid tests are notoriously insensitive. If the test was a TSH a normal TSH does not rule out thyroid problems- see http://bit.Ly/1cjnybx ask your doctor to check free t3 (liothyronine) ; thyroid antibodies. Even those with "normal" tests may have type 2 hypothyroidism. See http://bit.Ly/198pl4d. Also see http://bit.Ly/16xtifq a holistic md is more likely to understand this!
