Fish oil ; insomnia: There are very rare reports of fish oil being associated with inability to sleep, and 1 case of hypomania. You seem very sure fish oil caused you to have insomnia. In that case, you might be better served to simply eat fish such as wild alaskan salmon at least 2-3 times a week. That should give you the omega-3 fats your body and brain need -- without depending on a supplement.
