I had consuming fish oil n ginkgo on daily basis. i notice i cant sleep well and always wake up at 1am n remain be alert. could fish oil n ginkgo behind the cause ? should i stop it ?

Supplements & sleep: Fish oil definitely won’t cause a sleep disturbance, but Gingko can if you take it late in the day. If you are taking it in the morning, it shouldn’t do that. I always tell my patients, though, that there is no such thing as normal, just normal for you. If taking Gingko in the morning doesn’t work, try stopping both and see what happens.
