I've read that its very common for fish oil to cause insomnia in many people, and i am sensitive to everything, its causing insomnia, so should i stop?

Fish oil ; sleep: Not much data on fish oil and sleep, but if you believe your sleep got worse after starting it stop it for 14 days since fish oil can be safely discontinued. If your sleep improves you have your answer. If not, look for other causes of your sleep difficulty and consider restarting fish oil for beneficial effects on heart and mood.
