There isn't one: Fish oil would not result in insomnia -- unless possibly you're using some that is rancid and it's giving you so much indigestion it interrupts your sleep. You list no medical conditions in your information, but are taking melatonin. It sounds like it's time for a full evaluation of your sleep disturbance. You can start with your family doctor, and may also need a psychiatrist ;/or sleep doctor.
