1,25 di hydroxy: Vitamin d is generally not a reliable or useful test by most commercial labs. You 25 hydroxy shows a mild deficiency that could easily be resolved by taking 2000 units of otc vitamin d3/day with little expense and almost no risk. Talk w/your doctor. At your age you should probably be receiving 1500 mg of calcium/day as well - diet plus supplements if necessary.
