No need: Present day vaccines can be given in most situations of minor illness.I generally only defer them when a kid has an existing high fever or a worrisome illness where the kid is on the margin of needing hospital care.

Teething: Teething is not affected by inoculations. Inoculations do not alter teething. As to cold, call pediatrician for advice.
