Yes.: It is possible to have some insight into psychosis, but it can be hard to maintain. After all, we get through this world based on the evidence of our senses, which are awfully hard to ignore!

Partial insight, yes: Classically, no. Psychosis is defined by an inability to test reality. So, insight should be lacking. However, with partially effective treatment or over time, persons experiencing hallucinations or delusions can gain insight into the fact that they are symptoms of an illness and are not real.
