Thought disorder: Psychosis means that a person has lost some touch with reality. This can mean a problem thinking logically and in an organized way, or having hallucinations or delusions (false beliefs that people think are real). Medications are the best treatment, but staying connected to people who care about you is also important. People often get worse for a time then better for a time, so stay in treatment!
