I have had a partially numb lower leg for 4 weeks i had blood tests and everything was fine except for slight inflammation. i also cant lift my foot or toe up. spine mri booked - but i am only 21 so i am very concerned and hoping for some insights?

You describe a classic foot drop. Most often these are caused by a peroneal neuropathy, but may also be due to low back discogenic compression of the L5 nerve root. An EMG/ NCV study could distinguish the two causes.
