Don't worry: To play it safe, i would get an Anafranil (clomipramine) level to make sure it is not above the therapeutic range, and an ekg as a baseline and to rule prolonged qtc interval. Also, see you family doctor and see what he recommends re: your breathing difficulty and shortness of breath.
