Hard to be sure...: Often, pain in past if you had with previous mi's will be the same. However, this is not always true and heart pain in women can vary a lot. If you're unsure, please get checked now. If pain comes out with movement of your shoulder, it's probably not your heart but again please get checked if not sure.

Don't guess - 911!!: With your history, you have to assume the worst until you prove otherwise because it could kill you. Left shoulder pain and BP elevation with a history of mi is another mi until proven otherwise. Don't risk it - go to the er now via 911.
