Incomplete info.: You have not mentioned the location of blood. Is it out side or inside the skull. Blood inside the skull may need surgery but only if it is increasing in size and causing pressure on brain. Otherwise it will simply take more time.

Need more info: In general, mild concussions to not cause any hemorrhage within the brain. The blood will always resorb. Depending upon the location either outside the brain on the scalp or within the brain there may be other consequences. To give you a more informed answer, i will need more information about the details of the injury.
