Best to wait: If you got the iucd before your 1 st period after the baby , can have unpredictable bleeding for 3-6 months.If you are breast feeding above can happen. To stop bleeding see your md for a low dose estrogen therapy.If you have an abnormal discharge and odor , have to worry about infection
