What's the difference between lasik and ilasik? which one better? i heard that people with thin cornea , now they can even lasik with ilasik system.

ILasik: Ilasik is lasik performed with the intralase laser to produce the flap. This is a more precise way to make a flap than a mechanical device. However both types of lasik have excellent results. More important that technique is to choose a surgeon with experience who will perform your surgery and post-operative care.
