Yes: Prk can be used in the setting of a thin cornea. Treatment is done directly to surface of the eye - identical outcome to lasik for most refractive errors. However, recovery is much longer. Icl surgery (implantable collamer lens) is an intraocular procedure where a lens is placed inside the eye.
