I was watched for 2yrs with possible ms then was discharged with a diagnosis of clinically isolated syndrome. told to come back if new symptoms i have had problems swallowing and been diagnosed with achalasia. it is worth a referral to nurology?

Clinically isolated syndrome initially evolves to clinically definite MS in the vast majority of patients over a few years, and followup MRI's of both spinal cord and brain may help clarify. A followup lumbar puncture may also assist. Achalasia is a separate diagnosis and is not caused by MS.
