See details: Oral ulcers are common but would indicate your lupus is not inactive. You do not appear to be taking any meds that would cause them genital and nasal ulcers are distinctly uncommon. Do you have a history of uveitis? If you do then with ulcer history consider behcet's disease.

Consult rheumatologi: Lupus usually causes mouth ulcers, not genital or nose ulcers.You probably have another disease that causes genital ulcers/nose ulcers. conult your rheumatologist
