Very low: Yes, that is a very low B12 level. You will almost certainly feel much better when you get it up- try to raise it to at least 600. Unless you are following a vegan diet you're probably not absorbing B12 and it would be best to get B12 shots, ideally methylcobalamin or hydroxycobalamin.
